Chocolate Fudge Cookies: Your request, my happiness!!

This time is a requested recipe ^^ "Chocolate Fudge Cookies". As you know that if I can, I love to make everything (request or not, haha).

Chocolate Fudge Cookies
This cookie is very easy to make, (I think that most of the cookie are easy to make, haha), and when you look at the ingredient list, they can be found in your kitchen! I got the question about the cookie before and you may not know that for this kind of cookie, the cookie that you make will be different depend on the your baking time too. You can bake the cookie into the stage that you like, shorter: the cookie will be moist and soft, longer: the cookie will be drier and firmer.  This cookie contain brown sugar, that make the cookie stay softer (it will catch the moister from the air as it is more Hygroscopic (meaning it attract and bond to water) than granulated sugar. For me, I always love a bit firmer cookie, so I bake for 18 minutes.
The taste of the cookie will depend on the chocolate that you use too, so like I always said use the one that you like, and for this recipe, please don't use milk chocolate instead of the dark or it will be too sweet ^^.
