No Knead Sausage Bread

Making bread is easier this day ^^, there are new method for making it without kneading it.

This no knead bread is one of them, with a lot of liquid, you can beat it with hand mixer. And because of the liquid amount it needs only one rise (mean you don't have to wait for too long, hehe).
Last time when I post the No knead raisin bread many people want to have savoury recipe of no knead bread too, and yes, this one is the answer.
I use sausage for the topping, but you can use ham, bacon or etc. depend on your liking.  I love my Le Creuset rectangular griddle (as it so cute, ^^), so I think this is a chance to use it as it keep the bread warm longer after coming out of the oven, and make the base of the bread crisper, but you can use other kind of pan, (25x25 cm is ok too).

Meanwhile preheat an oven to 200C.

 Place sausages over the batter.
Drizzle with mayonnaise and ketchup.

Sprinkle dried parsley over the bread.

Put into the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
